I have been blessed to turn my personal scars in life dealing with my emotional overeating behavior into a STAR!
*I have created a couple of entrepreneurial business that encourages and empowers information sharing about emotional overeating, binge eating behavior
*information that shines a light on how we have developed an emotional relationship with food in place of communicating
*my second entrepreneurial business encourages spiritual development and physical fitness through gospel aerobics taught by plus size instructors
I struggle daily with my emotional overeating, but I thank God he has shown me a path of peace in my daily living that has taught me additional coping tools that minimize my desire to emotional overeat. This is what I want to share with my people.God Bless!
