Retail Store Manager, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store
Train, coach, develop, motivate and guide between 50-130 associates.
Manage sales floor while driving sales and operational metrics.
Responsible for compliance with cash control, P&L, inventory management, merchandising standards, loss prevention, ordering, payroll, labor and maintenance activities.
Organize and manage special events, promotions and daily operations.
Effectively communicate sales reports, feedback, reviews and corrective action to employees, corporate personnel and upper management.
Resolve customer service issues.
Lead daily team meetings to promote and maintain sales culture.
HR duties such as hiring, interviewing, college recruiting, disciplinary action, and mediation.
Handle all unemployment claims for local store.
Teach business acumen and culture to sales team
Provide leadership assistance to other managers among district.
Develop sales plans and service behaviors that will help to capture retail sales in a restaurant environment.
Currently pursing Masters Degree in business and looking for opportunities to manage at the district-level.
