Q. Who actually goes on this trip?
A. Urban Professional people from around the country attend this trip. Singles, couples, and business people who want to have a weekend of “Grown Up Fun” do a little bit of “Networking” in a “safe and relaxed” environment.

Q. Does this trip include any transportation?
A. NO transportation is provided on this trip. Most people carpool or jet in.

Q. Where the closest airport?
A. Knoxville, TN

Q. How far is the hotel from the airport?
A. It’s about a 45-minute drive from the airport to the Holiday Inn.

Q. Can I buy a Passes to just the Parties for Weekend?
A. Unfortunately the answer to this question is NO. We have a 48-hour open bar and there is much too much liability for people to drink and then drive.

Q. What is the Refund-Policy?
A. Your first deposit of $150.00 is Non-Refundable, however, it does count towards your total if you attend the trip. NO REFUNDS are given within 30 days of canceling your trip. The $150 deposit is Non-Refundable. (All trips are Non-Transferable).

Q. Do Urbanprofessionals.com Members get a discount?
A. Yes all Members get a 5% discount on the trip.

Q. What if I don’t want to ski?
A. We encourage everyone to at least try, since it is a “Ski Trip” and its included in your price.

Q. Where will we be staying that weekend?
A. We are staying at a Holiday Inn.

Q. Does my $150.00 Deposit count towards my trip?
A. Yes it is included into your total monies if you go on the trip.

Q. Do you offer a payment plan?
A. Yes we do.

Q. How does the payment/installment plan work?
A. First you register and pay your $150.00 Non-Refundable Deposit online. Every payment after that is automatically deducted on the 16th of every month from your Credit/Debit card, which we keep securely on file.

Q. What if I sign up for the trip after the 1st, 2nd, 3rd payments have begun?
A. You would be required to basically catch up to where the payment schedule is at the point and all subsequent payments are taken out on the 16th of each month. For Example – You sign up for the “Ski Weekend” on November 22nd. You payment total that day would be $350.00 ($150.00 Non-Refundable Deposit (Which counts towards your trip total) + $200.00 for the missed October and November 16th payment which would = $200.000. Your subsequent $100.00 payment would be due on December 16th.

Q. Can I pay for my roommate(s)?
A. Yes you can pay for any of your roommates but you have to fill out a separate registration for each roommate in order to do so.

Q. Do you keep my credit card information on file after that trip is over?
A. No all credit/debit card information is securely discarded after the trip is over.

Q. Can I pay off my trip at anytime?
A. Yes you can pay in full at anytime, however, you do not officially have a “reserved room/spot” until you have paid your $150.00 Non-Refundable Deposit. Q. What happens after I pay my deposit?
A. Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you an informational letter in the mail. This letter will also contain your confirmation number.

1. A “Welcome Reception” with appetizers Friday night.

A. Yes the trip includes ski lessons, ski rental, and ski poles.

Q. How long do we ski?
A. We do the early session on Saturday from 8:00am – 4:00pm

A. Yes!! It also includes a welcome reception, Two (2) parties, a Swim Party, a Comedy Show, and an After Party.

Q. Is my money refundable?
A. The first $150.00 of your money is Non-Refundable. If you cancel within 30 days before your trip then of ALL money that has been collected is non-refundable.
