Q. Who actually goes on this trip?
A. Urban Professional people from around the country attend this trip. Singles, couples, married folk and business people who want to have a weekend of “Grown Up Fun” do a little bit of “Networking” in a “Safe, Relaxed, and Beautiful” environment.

Q. Do Urbanprofessionals.com Members get a discount?
A. Yes all Members get a 5% discount on the trip. Returners from past trips get an even deeper discount too!

Q. What is the Refund-Policy?
A. Your first deposit of $150.00 is Non-Refundable, however, it does count towards your total if you attend the trip. NO REFUNDS are given within 30 days of canceling your trip. The $150 deposit is Non-Refundable. (All trips are Non-Transferable).

Q. Does my $150.00 Deposit count towards my trip?
A. Yes it is included into your total monies if you go on the trip.

Q. Do you offer a payment plan?

Q. How does the payment/installment plan work?
A. First you register and pay your $150.00 Non-Refundable Deposit online. Every payment after that is automatically deducted on the 15th of every month from your Credit/Debit card, which we keep securely on file.

Q. What if I sign up for the trip after the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd payments have begun?
A. You would be required to basically catch up to where the payment schedule is at the point and all subsequent payments are taken out on the 15th of each month. For Example – You sign up for the Weekend-Getaway on April 22nd. You payment total that day would be $225.00 ($150.00 Non-Refundable Deposit (Which counts towards your trip total) + $75.00 for the missed April 15th payment which would = $225.000. Your subsequent $75.00 payment would be due on May15th.

Q. Can I stay an extra night?
A. YES!! We encourage you to stay over on Sunday with us and rest from the weekend’s activities at our special rate. Contact us (click here - getaway@urbanprofessionals.com)

Q. Can I pay for my roommate (s) trip with mine?
A. Yes you can pay for any of your roommates but you have to fill out a separate registration for each roommate in order to do so.

Q. Do you keep my credit card information on file after that trip is over?
A. No all credit/debit card information is securely discarded after the trip is over.

Q. Can I pay off my trip at anytime?
A. Yes you can pay in full at anytime, however, you do not officially have a “reserved room/spot” until you have paid your $150.00 Non-Refundable Deposit. If you have paid your $150.00 deposit you can pay off your trip at any point. Contact us at getaway@urbanprofessionals.com

Q. What happens after I pay my deposit?
A. Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you a confirmation/welcome letter in the mail. This letter will also contain your trip confirmation number and serve as your receipt as well.
