A. Urban Professional people from around the country attend this trip. Singles, couples, and business people who want to have a weekend of “Grown Up Fun” do a little bit of “Networking” in a “safe and relaxed” environment.

A. We are staying at a Holiday Inn.

Q. What if I don’t want to ski?
A. We encourage everyone to at least try, since it is a “Ski Trip” and its included in your price.

Q. Does this trip include any transportation?
A. NO transportation is provided on this trip. Most people carpool or jet in.

A. Knoxville, TN

Q. How far is the hotel from the airport?
A. It’s about a 45-minute drive from the airport to the Holiday Inn.

Q. How do I pay?
A. Fill out the registration form online and a representative from the company will call you to complete your registration and set you up on the payment plan via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Debit Card.

Q. Does this trip include an open bar?
A. Yes we provide a 48-hour “Premium Open” bar all weekend!!

Q. Does this trip include meals?

3. Full All U-Can-Eat Buffet Breakfast.
4. It also includes an “After-Five” full course dinner on Saturday.

Q. Does this trip include my ski equipment?
A. Yes the trip includes ski lessons, ski rental, and ski poles.

Q. How long do we ski?
A. We do the early session on Saturday from 8:00am – 4:00pm

Q. Does this trip include all the parties?
A. Yes!! It also includes a welcome reception, two (2) parties, a Swim Party, a Comedy Show, and an After Party.

Q. What if I don’t have a roommate?
A. We always have people who don’t mind rooming with another person and we can facilitate that or you can get a single room.

Q. Is my money refundable?
A.The first $150.00 of your money is Non-Refundable. If you cancel within 30 days before your trip then of ALL money that has been collected is non-refundable.

Q. Can I pay all of my money for the trip at one time?
A. Yes, however, $150.00 (Non-Refundable) reserves your spot.

Q. What do I need to buy for the trip?

Q. When will I get my informational packet?
A. Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you your informational letter.

Q. Can I carpool with people from my city?
A. Yes, if there are several people coming from the same city we always encourage them to carpool together.

Q. Can I bring my children on this trip?
A. No this is an adult outing with all adult activities.

Q. Do I need any extra money?
A. Yes, please bring money for your parking on Saturday and lunch on Saturday on the mountain, for shopping at the outlet malls and for your souvenirs.
