What is the General Fund? The General Fund was established to maintain and develop the Urbanprofessionals.com Membership. Everyone who is a Member of Urbanprofessionals.com contributes to the General Fund via his or her Membership dues (see Member Benefits).

Phase I of our plan is to establish a unique and progressive membership base of Urban Professionals across the country.

Phase II is to establish a private corporation (The Urban Professionals Investment Corporation) specifically for our Members. Wealth Development will be the top priority for this company’s Vision.

In Phase II of our program, we establish the Urban Professionals Investment Corporation or more commonly called the (UPIC). The Organization of Urbanprofessionals.com acts as a bridge way to feed the people, specifically our Members,into the UPIC. The establishment of this corporation will occur in Phase II and after we have sufficiently grown our Membership base.

Urbanprofessionals.com and the UPIC are uniquely different. The Urban Professionals Investment Corporation(UPIC) is a private corporation that invests in business opportunities. The UPIC also develops and implements a “National Development Plan for Economic Empowerment” and in order to participate in the UPIC opportunity you have to be a Member of Urbanprofessionals.com.

The Board of Directors of the UPIC directs the business decisions of the corporation with approval from the shareholders who all happen to be Urbanprofessional.com Members. Our business portfolio shall include but not be limited to (60% Real Estate and 40% Business Ownership). We will create National Alliances with Fortune 500 Corporations and National Organizations such as, but not limited to The National Society of Black Engineers, The Black MBA’s, The National Association of Black Journalist, The Black Contractors Association, The National Association of Urban Bankers, The National Association of Real Estate Professionals and all National Sororities and Fraternities etc…)
